What makes us different from other manufacturers, is that we as team have over 90 years’ experience between us in the knitting industry, at every level of the business. From working on the shop floor, running and operating the knitting machines, repairing, maintaining AND programming, right the way through to running the business in a director’s role.

We understand the business inside and out, and as second generation knitters, we have learned a lot from our predecessors. It has been in our blood from an early age.

As well as this being a business, we are very passionate about what we do, and we take great pride in producing products for our customers and creating new and exciting styles that are actually manufactured here in the UK. So when we say we know what we are talking about, we really do mean it.
The whole ethos behind our business is that we manufacture our goods here in the UK at our Manchester factory.

As a business we are fully audited ethically and members of SEDEX. Wherever possible we use UK sourced yarns, employ local people and promote the “Made in Britain” concept. Manchester has a long and illustrious history in textiles, and we are determined to carry on with that tradition.

Our quest for continual development has led us to become one of only a handful of UK companies that are capable of producing 100% Cashmere products, using the latest in seamless knitting technology.
Our design and development team have created a range of luxury accessories, which includes hot water bottle covers, eye masks, book covers and bed socks to name but a few.

Promotional companies we have worked with include Mondelez. We created a knitted book cover for their Cadburys brand, and also a knitted jacquard pattern jumper with their Cadburys logo embroidered on to it.
We recently developed a product for a new start-up internet based company, who wanted to create a ladies beanie hat that could be worn with a ponytail. So we came up with a concept, developed it, and now she has her own website selling these unique hats.
