These include acrylics, cotton / acrylics, brushed acrylics, slub yarns, metallic yarns, 3M Reflective and many others. Most of these are available in a wide range of stock colours.

Our in-house designers can create a huge range of knit structures, including ribs, Aran knits, cable knits, transfer/mesh stitch, moss stitch, pearl stitch, jacquards and many more. On many occasions we have created new designs for customers based on just a drawing on a piece of paper or a photo taken on a smart phone. Our designers are very experienced and very approachable. They will do their utmost to achieve your creative vision.
With a wide range of knitting machinery available, from 10 gauge down to a chunky 1.5 gauge machines, we can cater for most markets.
We also have a range of the latest technology seamless knitting machines which create the ultimate in quality knitting.
Our factory is ethically audited on a regular basis and we are also members of fast forward. It is important to us that our goods are produced in an ethical manner and that our staff are treated well, with very good working conditions.
Wherever possible, we employ local people and source from local companies. All of the waste produced during the manufacturing process (cardboard, plastic and acrylic) is sent to recycling companies.
As a business we supply most of the UK’s leading High Street retailers, independent brands, online retailers, start-up businesses, sport’s clubs, fishing clubs, outdoor organisations, schools, colleges, safety wear companies and luxury brands. We supply many businesses up and down the UK from London and surrounding areas all the way up to Edinburgh and beyond.
As well as our manufacturing business, we also offer a range additional series including garment processing, odour / mould removal, garment embroidery, and importing / sourcing from our FE factory.

bESPOKE WASH CARE LABELS
Elevate your brand to the next level with bespoke wash care labels.
Branded wash care labels are a small finishing touch with a big impact. You have the option to have your brands logo, website and slogan on the wash care label.
We have access to the latest editor software, so we are more than happy to design your branded wash care labels. Xpose have a trained designer, in house, aswel as all the printing facilities, so all we need from you is your logo, website and slogan, all dependant on what you want.
These can be stick in adhesive wash care labels or sown in on a beautiful silver satin.

POM POMS
The cherry on top, with our in house Gorteks pom machine we are capable of making all kinds of poms. In a wide range of colours and sizes, a pom can transform your hat.
We can create poms with a MOQ, or as part of a beanie design, attached by our knitwear team.

Sleep accessories is another speciality of ours, eye masks, bed socks, bed throws and even hot water bottle covers.
We can also manufacture knitted homeware, tea coasters, rugs, beanbags, table runners.
